This pair of mugs have pleasingly rounded shapes, blocks of solid colour along the bottom and the words You and Me in gold lines. They are made of the same fine china as the monogram mugs with cream lustre and gold detailing. It comes packaged in a stylish striped gift box, perfect as a gift for newlyweds, first home buyers or Valentine’s Day. We explored the range of interesting and classic fonts, but we couldn’t find just what we were looking for, so we designed this library font ourselves – hence this is the library mug! I’m so proud of it that I have to brag – just a little – about the amazingly high quality of the Bombay Duck china. It has the old-fashioned high quality feel of your grandmother’s favourite tea-cup brought slap bang into the 2020s. It doesn’t have to be this good – let’s face it, most of my competitors’ ranges aren’t, and my accountant purses his lips every time he looks at the cost of making it to such high specifications, but I want everything I include in the Bombay Duck family of products to be as good as it possibly can be.
